Shipping Policy – PORTENIX

At PORTENIX, all orders are processed within 24 hours, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. Once your order is confirmed, it is prepared and shipped promptly.

Most deliveries are completed within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

PORTENIX covers all customs clearance charges, import duties, and applicable local taxes. Customers will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to become active.

PORTENIX is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
