Return & Refund Policy – PORTENIX
At PORTENIX, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or incorrect handling are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, items marked as final sale, and used or damaged products not caused by manufacturing defects are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us at CASE116224@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
